This policy explains what information North Edge Solutions collects through this website and how we use it. It doesn't cover any separate agreement you might sign with us for consulting work. That agreement would have its own terms.

The only information we collect through this site is what you give us directly through the contact form: your name, company name, email address, where you are with AI adoption, and anything you write in the message field. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and we don't collect information passively.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the AI Readiness Guide or a potential engagement. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. How we store it

Submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we'll take care of it.

5. Third parties

We don't use third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking tools on this site. The one external resource this site loads is a font from a font hosting service (jsdelivr), which does not receive any information you submit through the contact form.

6. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
